Education, reflection and experimentation in a therapeutic group, around two of the most powerful and dynamic forces that affect our health and wellbeing: our mood and our food. This is small group therapy with a maximum of 8 participants.

Mood conditions including seasonal and cyclical ones and those related to grief, injury, illness and/or trauma may improve significantly with this type of integrative group therapy. Gentle movement, meditation and mindfulness strategies will be explained and offered for experience. Beginners are welcome. All physical conditions will be supported.

While disordered eating, emotional eating, over and/or under eating are all common experiences accompanying mood troubles, this is not an appropriate level of support for acute eating disorders or unmanaged mood conditions that require medical supervision.

Please contact our office to inquire about space available and to schedule an intake appointment. Yoga for Mental Health therapies are billable to insurance for qualified participants. Sliding scale is available for self-pay clients.
