A springtime refresher for our yoga friends and family! Expect a full range Hatha Yoga practice – including asana (sitting, standing, balancing and restorative), pranayama and meditation. Suitable for all levels… never-evers who have physical and/or emotional challenges that need special attention would be better served in a private session or an intro class (coming soon).
