Our Team

Heidi Jandel

Heidi Jandel

Part educator, part medicine woman, part coach, my role as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor intern is to see the big picture of your health and provide the tools to get you where you want to be. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2016 and completed Ayurveda Health Counselor course studies in 2017. I am now in my 200hr internship.

I like to explore those parts of us that we tend to ignore completely, both as individuals and as a society. There is so much amazing knowledge contained in the ancient wisdom of yoga & Ayurveda that can help us manage the trials and tribulations of life and bring us closer to peace and happiness. My goal is to support my clients wherever they are at on their own journey.

Patty Bielawski

Patty Bielawski

Patty began yoga practice nearly 30 years ago and has been teaching since 2007. She has a deep love for the natural world and for yoga philosophy and infuses her teaching with themes from both. Drawn to yoga’s “other limbs”, she teaches workshops in Pranayama, Yoga utras, and Dharana; classes in Meditation and Asana in studio settings; and as an adjunct teacher in Teacher Training programs. Her classes inspire students to discover interweaving the various yoga practices and finding yoga in their lives outside the studio. A lifelong Alaskan, Patty teaches in Anchorage and Hope and the Mat-Su Valley. She also leads Sutra Study for Yoga Teachers. Patty thinks in Haiku and about yoga writes:

In Inspired Space
