Foundations of Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention. In this online Foundations of Mindfulness course, you will learn the formal practice. It is non-reactive and without attachment to judgment or analysis.
To return to awareness is to find truth. This moment, every moment holds ALL of our potential. By practicing mindfulness we are able to see more clearly, stay connected and live wholehearted, enriching lives.
This Foundations of Mindfulness course is offered as a framework for formal practice. You will find at least one, in some cases several videos accompanying the written text, outlining mindfulness exercises for you to try. You can return to these exercises again and again until they become very familiar and you can practice them on your own. Please return to the records to reinforce the practice after, or in anticipation of transitions or other stressors. It is during these times that we need the practice most.
