Teacher Training Practicum w/ Stefanie Gould

Please join us in welcoming our 2022 Insight Teacher Trainees as they share their knowledge!

Our teacher trainee, Stefanie Gould, will be leading a prenatal sequence, featuring strength building and pelvic floor exercises, followed by a gentle restorative floor flow.

Saturday, September 17th, 12:30-1:30pm.
