Wednesday Morning Yoga with Margi
is for stretching out, building strength, standing tall, slowing down, and reinforcing your resolve. You can expect to practice a full range of postures with precise alignment cues and lots of variations for different bodies, experience, and energy levels.
The emphasis in Margi’s classes is on awareness, acceptance, and empowerment… on many different levels. Join us!
