At Yoga for Mental Health, we believe that yoga and meditation are incredible, life-altering tools for every stage of life. Our inclusive yoga classes are open to students of all skill levels, and our certified yoga teachers have all worked through accredited institutions. We believe wholeheartedly in the positive power of generosity, kindness, and sincerity in practice.
As a compliment to our holistic therapy services, we’re particularly passionate about offering gentle and restorative yoga classes for those working through trauma, illness, or chronic disease.
Our Founder, Margi Clifford, comes from the lineage of B.K.S. Iyengar. Iyengar yoga promotes steady progress over quick and fleeting results. We use simple yoga props, including cushions, blocks, and straps, to provide support for the less flexible and extra extension for more advanced yoga students.
If you’re curious about yoga, but don’t feel comfortable attending a yoga class, then we encourage you to view our Wellness Coaching services. Here, we work one-on-one to help clients establish personalized yoga routines and healthier habits for optimum well-being.
