For almost 20 years, Yoga for Mental Health has supported clients and students seeking to improve their mental, emotional, and physical health. We interweave evidence-based counseling and positive psychology techniques with modern neuroscience and body-based wellness practices.

We are committed to meeting you right where you are and offer several different ways to connect, all of which are included in our annual membership programs. Aspiring and advancing professionals will find our mindfulness programs especially supportive of work-life balance and can earn continuing education credits for training. Counseling clients can use their insurance benefits with us.

Whether it’s for 5 minutes in the morning or for 5 days in the Mediterranean, we are here to help you learn to manage stress effectively (even productively) and find more ease, joy, and fulfillment.
