Since 2006 we have been offering these unique opportunities to our community. Beautiful accommodations and magnificent food are our standard and each retreat leads us to greater appreciation of experience. Yoga for Mental Health Members get early bird registration opportunities and discounts when available. The health and wellbeing of our registrants and hosts are of the utmost importance to us. If your retreat is canceled or rescheduled or if you are unable to attend we will do our best to help you manage the change. Please review individual event pages to better understand specific policies. Some of our retreats are self-administered, others are in collaboration with partners. You are always welcome to come alone or bring a friend. We know that you will leave with new ones, and a greater sense of the dear one within.
