Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Alaska Range this summer getaway promises a blend of connection, fun, and rejuvenation. Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices will be woven into the weekend.
Distraction-free zones and periods of silence will be offered in addition to family-style meals and time to play and explore the lake and trails (kayaks and paddleboards are included!) Our retreats provide the most unique blend of introspective and communal time. Participants are amazed at how time seems to stretch out and slow down when we’re together like this.
We’ll take the two-mile walk to and from the Lodge together and carry what we need for the weekend (food and bedding are provided.) Both active and restorative yoga practice will be offered and yogis of all manners will find their physical and energetic needs met.
With expertise in yoga therapy, counseling, and extensive teaching experience, your retreat leader offers a deeply therapeutic approach to practice. With empathy, skill, (and a penchant for funny anecdotes,) Margi cultivates space for students to explore, heal, and grow.
