Our community yoga class will get you on to the mat for a fully supported, comprehensive yoga and meditation practice.

For healing, prevention, or rejuvenation… yoga and meditation practice is the ultimate in self-care. Margi is a certified yoga therapist and licensed professional counselor. Her classes combine structured skills development opportunities with rest, ease, fun, and creativity. Students can expect to be encouraged, respected, supported, and honored by this practice.
