COVID-19 Update

The health and wellbeing of our registrants is of the utmost importance to us. Please rest assured that Margi is in near-daily contact with our retreat hosts, partners, and airlines and will keep you updated via email as she learns whether our upcoming retreats will be cancelled or rescheduled.

If your retreat is cancelled or rescheduled, Margi will work with each of you individually to make sure your needs are met. In the meantime, deposits and payments made during this uncertain time will be refundable.

Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we deal with this unexpected crisis, and we’re sending love to anyone who may be impacted by this deadly virus.

Until we know more, here is some salve for a worried mind.

Come and taste the sweetness of connecting… to all of your senses! Truly a journey of mind, body, and soul as another group of curious and compassionate practitioners come together to recharge. We will spend 6 nights together, settled into the rhythm of movement, rest, nourishment, and play. Nestled away in the hills of Umbria, famous for its food, wine, history and scenery, we are sure to find such freshness with Spring emerging!

A combination of active and restorative yoga classes, guided meditation, teachings and cultural opportunities will be offered throughout the week. The focus will be on sustainability, strength, presence, gratitude, and joy! Both new and experienced practitioners are welcome to join us. Limited private rooms are available. Biodynamic farm, whirlpool spa and pools, gorgeous grounds and gourmet food will help your body float through postures and the joy of the experience with ease. Make it a solo journey or grab a dear person and take a delicious deep dive!
