Mindful Movements: A winter solstice seasonal challenge with Yoga for Mental Health 

Join the YMH community for a 6-week challenge to harness the power of intentional movement. Commit yourself to one mile of movement or 10 minutes of meditation each day during this solstice season.

You will receive a downloadable PDF to track your participation and, between Thanksgiving and New Year a guided meditation will arrive in your inbox on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to help support your practice.

Complete each day of the challenge and be entered to win an Annual Yoga for Mental Health Membership. Tag Yoga for Mental Heath (@yogamargi) in your post and use the hashtag #mindfulmovement in your caption. Each time you share a post about your mindful movement we’ll enter you again!
