We exert so much effort… whether it’s to take care of your clients or impress your boss, to manage your household, your social media feed, or your garden… these spirits, so motivated to connect, drive our minds and bodies hard! Too hard, too fast, too much all at once and we get overwhelmed, even break down… The solution is simple: rest. Even in (maybe especially in) the brilliance of summer it is essential to rest, even just for a moment. We’re going to take a moment every Monday this summer to show you one pose and encourage you to rest there. In between hikes and picnics, ball games and road trips, find 15 minutes.
