Sunday Yoga at the Fairview Rec Center.
Luxurious long form practice is the gift that keeps on giving. Sunday yoga has it all… a solid warm-up and strength building segment, time to figure out complicated postures, long holds for big stretches, breathing exercises, and a philosophical framework. Oh, and of course, the other yogis will be there too!
The 3rd Sunday of the month, January-May 2023.
2pm-4pm.
