Introducing “Walking Webinar,” a free summer series from Yoga for Mental Health designed to support the consistency of your practice.
Join facilitator Margi Clifford for each episode as she leads you through a short video of a complete, or segment of a longer, outdoor walk. Participants can look forward to stunning scenery, posture and kinesiology tips, mindfulness practices, and insights on the latest science of aging, movement, and the importance of spending time outdoors. This series is our gift to the community, offering a refreshing and educational experience free of charge.
