Winter Course – Solstice Magic 2022

Our Winter Course is designed to help you capture the magic of the season. There is perhaps a greater opportunity to reflect now than during any other time. Things slow down and it gets quiet. This can be challenging, so much so that we often think something must be wrong. This course will help you to realize what’s working and help you to focus on what you want. Relationships (with ourselves and with others) are at the heart of this course. 

Registration is open from November 1 – January 31. Participants have access to the course for 90 days after enrollment. This course provides on-demand classes and is self-paced. $199 for online course. FREE for Members.

In-person options available in Anchorage. This small group session supports the Winter Course online. Participants will meet over a series of weeks to practice and process together. Small group sessions are limited to 6 participants, and you must be enrolled in the online course. Fridays, 10-11:30am. December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

Member price: $125 for the series, $37.50 for each drop-in. Non-member price: $250 for the series, $75 for each drop-in.

Annual walking meditation. Our annual walking meditation practice at Goose Lake in Anchorage where we (usually) have a beautiful view of the Chugach Mountains at sunset. Available to Winter Course participants and Members. FREE for all, but ticketing is required. Sunday, December 18th, 2:30-4pm.
