Join us for a quintessential Alaskan retreat!

Not only will we be nestled in the coziest lodge in the Valley but we’ll be right on the course of one of the most extensive (and well loved) trail systems in Southcentral Alaska.

We’re honored to have been invited to help Eric and Denali Strabel kick-off their first season at the helm of the family business. We will spend time outside moving on the trails (at the pace and distance that works for you) and, inside, on the mat preparing, restoring and resting. Limited space is available for this one-of-a-kind retreat.

Yoga for Mental Health cancellation policy:

Up to 90 days before the first day of the retreat, your payment(s) are refundable, minus a $50 processing fee, and, any fees charged by credit card processors (these vary based on the type of card and processor that you use and, the amount of time since your payment was made)

Between 45-90 days before the first day of the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another participant, transfer payment(s) to another retreat or Yoga for Mental Health service, request a 75% refund (minus $50 processing fee, and, any fees charged by credit card processors,) or, request our assistance filing an insurance claim.

Between 10-45 days before the first day of the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another participant, request a 50% refund (minus $50 processing fee, and, any fees charged by credit card processors,) or, request our assistance filing an insurance claim.

Within 10 days of the first day of the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another participant, or, request our assistance filing an insurance claim. No additional refunds or credits are available within this time frame.
