Yoga Basics is the perfect course for everyone who already knows that a regular yoga practice is beneficial and wants the support of a schedule, a teacher, and, a community!
Whether you consider yourself a “beginner” or a “lifelong learner” this course and our talented teachers will help you to find the poise that the practice promises. We know a thing or two about how different bodies, in different phases of life, tend to want and need to move, so, our courses have a minimum suggested age. You’re welcome to try any of them out though… no one’s going to card you at the door! 😉
All of our Yoga Basics classes include movement and mindfulness practices. You can expect to have the opportunity to try traditional postures and breathing exercises and will be encouraged to find just the right versions of these for you! This is not “one size fits all” yoga but rather an opportunity to get to know and appreciate yourself for who you are!
