Yoga Break

Mini-yoga practices to break up your day, help you relax, get you into your body, and shine!

Join us on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12-12:30 pm (AKDT)  for mini yoga practices designed to fit easily into your busy day to help reduce stress, improve focus and increase productivity.

Classes include a combination of mindful movements (in simple sitting/standing postures), meditation and breathing practices that don’t require any special equipment.

All levels are welcome!

Cost: $10/class, $150 for the whole spring series (March 29-May 31, 2022)
