Our new community class at the Fairview Rec. Center is the in-person class that will get you out of the house and on to the mat for a fully supported, comprehensive yoga and meditation practice.
This limited time offering is for all-levels (even never-ever beginners). Experienced practitioners will enjoy the comfort of familiar postures and the delight and curiosity that comes when new insights are revealed. RYTs and C-IAYTs can earn continuing education credits. Inclusion is one of the most important aspects of this practice and there’s no better place than the community center to show up and prove it!
Our Yoga for Mental Health members get 1/2 price admission and are invited to register a guest. Everyone gets a discount for registering for the monthlong series and we will never turn anyone away who is unable to pay.
For healing, prevention, or rejuvenation… yoga and meditation practice is the ultimate in self-care. Margi’s is a certified yoga therapist and licensed professional counselor.
