These classes, facilitated by our talented faculty, are designed to get you up and moving to keep energy flowing, even when you slow down. Whether you’re balancing a busy schedule, just starting out, returning to practice after some time away, or, just enjoy the freshness that comes from group practice, these classes are for you. No prior experience is necessary. If you need help accommodating an injury, you may want to schedule a private session. If you’re a beginner you may also benefit from 10 Essential Postures or Beginning Yoga for the Curious Yogi, both series are offered as part of our Membership.
