Winter Course seasonal small group – Open to seasonal course participants.

This small group session supports the Winter Course online. Participants will meet over a series of weeks to practice and process together. Small group sessions are limited to 6 participants.

“Our Winter Course is designed to help you capture the magic of the season. There is perhaps a greater opportunity to reflect now than during any other time. Things slow down and it gets quiet. This can be challenging, so much so that we often think something must be wrong. This course will help you to realize what’s working and help you to focus on what you want. Relationships (with ourselves and with others) are at the heart of this course.”

5 week series: December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30. 10-11:30AM.  (Drop-ins OK.)
