Love yourself, love your baby! in this weekly Zoom class created to ease your pregnancy-related discomforts and help create calm conditions for you and your baby. Designed to be a safe and cozy space for those experiencing what may be both ups and downs during this time in life, the class is limited to 6 participants. In each class, we will begin with a brief check-in to share relevant health concerns, practice safe yoga postures during pregnancy, address common prenatal discomforts and pelvic floor issues, and carry out a short breath and meditative practice to quiet our minds. The theme of self-kindness will be woven throughout the class.

Any comfortable clothing and any private location are suitable. You will need a clean surface to lie on, and a couple of blankets and cushions would be a nice bonus.

About the instructor: Debbie Golden

I am a registered nurse, registered yoga teacher, mother, grandmother, and long-time Alaskan. Most of my nursing career has been in public health, focusing on maternal and child health, especially perinatal health. I have come to yoga teaching more recently, completing the 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and a 90-hour prenatal yoga teacher training in 2019. I love blending my passion as a nurse with the benefits of yoga. I most enjoy creating a personalized yoga experience in small groups or individual sessions. I would love to hear from you if you have any questions or concerns to discuss.

The class begins when full. Email Debbie at debbie@yogaformentalhealth.com to reserve your spot or for more info.
