from too much information, especially that which is harsh, untrue, or unnecessary.
Protect your body
from that which is too extreme, too fast, too repetitive… or, suffer unnecessarily.
Protect your time.
Convince your subconscious
that you are safe under your own watch
and enjoy the freedom to explore, expand, even to fail.
A ball cap, a turn of the dial, sunscreen, an interval timer, a meal plan, a schedule, a standing date with __________, a bedtime… these are all ways to practice.
