Tis the Season…for Mindfulness

Mindfulness is simply paying attention. When we practice mindfulness, we become more aware. With awareness comes power. If you are motivated to become more focused, patient, trusting…you will find that potential in our 12 Days of Mindfulness Challenge from November 29 to December 10, 2021.

Over 12 days, we will share aspects of practice that are considered perfections of the heart. Each day you’ll receive a short video with a posture, breathing or mindfulness practice and a word in the subject you can use to focus your attention throughout that day.

I encourage you to please join us and share this challenge with friends around the country – you don’t have to live in Alaska to participate! And as a special incentive, everyone who completes all 12 days of practice will be entered into a drawing for a special collection of some of our favorite practice tools and a $75 YMH gift certificate!
